Boxing Training

Boxing Instructions differ from most other contact sports in that it is not taught in a class environmet.     Training is one-on-on and is given based on the progresion of each student.     Trainers are available everyday to answer any questions you may have and help you master the sweet science of boxing.





Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are available twice a day-see below for schedule:


     Monday: 5:00PM-6:00PM, 6:00PM-7:00PM


     Tuesday: 5:00PM-6:00PM, 6:00PM-7:00PM


     Wednesday: 5:00PM-6:00PM, 6:00PM-7:00PM


     Thursday: 5:00PM-6:00PM, 6:00PM-7:00PM


     Friday: 5:00PM-6:00PM, 6:00PM-7:00PM
